MyPath may share your PII under confidentiality agreements with other companies that work with, or on behalf of, MyPath to provide products and services. These companies may use your PII to assist MyPath in its operations. These companies do not, however, have any independent right to share this information. You will always have the ability to opt out from receiving information from MyPath as well as from said third parties.

Disclosures Under Special Circumstances

MyPath may provide information about you to respond to subpoenas, court orders, legal process or governmental regulations, or to establish or exercise our legal rights or defend against legal claims. We believe it is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, or as otherwise required by law.

Business Transfers

If another organization acquires our organization or our assets, that organization will thereafter possess the personal information collected by us, and will assume the rights and obligations regarding your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.


Aggregated Data.

MyPath collects aggregate queries for internal reporting and may also count, track, and/or aggregate visitors’ activity into MyPath’s analysis of general traffic-flow at the Website. To these ends, MyPath may merge information about you into aggregated group data. In some cases, MyPath may remove personal identifiers from PII and maintain it in aggregate form that may later be combined with other information to generate anonymous, aggregated statistical information. Such anonymous, group data may be shared on an aggregated basis with MyPath’s affiliates, business partners, service providers and/or vendors; if it does so, MyPath will not disclose your individual identity.

Web Server Logs and IP Addresses.

An Internet Protocol (“IP”) address is a number that automatically identifies the computer/machine you have used to access the Internet. The IP address enables our server to send you the web pages that you want to visit, and it may disclose the server owned by your Internet Service Provider. MyPath may use IP addresses to conduct website analyses and performance reviews and to administer the Website.

Cookies and Web Beacons.

Cookies are pieces of information that a website transfers to a user’s computer for purposes of storing information about a user’s preferences. Cookies in and of themselves do not personally identify users, although they do identify a user’s computer. MyPath recognizes that certain User Information of a key demographic nature (e.g., race, age, gender, national origin, income), while not PII, is still of a sensitive nature to users. As a general matter, MyPath does not collect such information about you through the Website. However, in recognition of the sensitive nature of such information, in the event MyPath comes into possession of such information, whether through your voluntary submission of such information in response to a special feature on the Website or by receiving such information from any of our business partners, such information shall, when coupled with any of your PII, itself be deemed to be PII and treated MyPath as such.


MyPath understands that storing our data in a secure manner is essential. MyPath stores personal information and other data using reasonable physical, technical and administrative safeguards to secure data against foreseeable risks, such as unauthorized use, access, disclosure, destruction or modification. Please note, however, that while MyPath has endeavored to create a secure and reliable website for users, the confidentiality of any communication or material transmitted to/from this Website or via e-mail cannot be guaranteed.


If you donate money to use from our Website, we request that you provide your name, email address, billing address, credit card information, telephone number and other information necessary to complete the transaction. We do not collect or store your full credit card information (although we may store the last four digits for verification purposes). The service provider who manages our donations (or credit card processing service provider) may collect and store full payment card information from you to process your donations.


We display personal testimonials from participants in our programs, in addition to other endorsements. With your consent we may post your testimonial along with your name and image. These social media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Website. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing such functionality.


Under Age 13

MyPath understands the importance of protecting children’s privacy in the interactive online world. This Website is not designed for, or intentionally targeted at, children 13 years of age or younger. It is not our policy to intentionally collect or maintain information about anyone under the age of 13. No one under the age of 13 should submit any PII to MyPath and/or the Website.

Under Age 18

Minors under 18 years of age may have the PII that they have provided to MyPath while using this Website deleted by sending an e-mail to requesting deletion. Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to comply with such requests, deletion of your PII does not ensure complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.



Some Internet browsers include the ability to transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Since uniform standards for “Do Not Track” signals have not yet been adopted, MyPath does not process or respond to “Do Not Track” signals
